Full service except free photography services. Services included:

  • Does not have to share fees with a brokerage firm.
  • If there is no buyer agent, the Seller does not have to pay a buyer brokerage fee. Realtors still charge you for both fees! With Doug, the total fee works out to be a little more than 1%, not 6%.
  • Provides legal advice to clients throughout the entire transaction.

  • Can negotiate and advocate for Seller clients all of the time. Realtors will ask you to agree to dual agency which means that they are prohibited from negotiating on your behalf.
  • Reviews closing documents on behalf of clients. Realtors are not lawyers and are prohibited from providing this service.
  • Reviews title prior to listing the property.
  • Can cancel at any time.
  • Fee Waived if Seller Defaults with Buyer
