$45 - Combination Lockbox - This lockbox can be attached to the front door, fence or railing. This allows REALTORS to access the keys to your property while you are away from home. +$45.00
$200 - Electronic Lockbox - This electronic lockbox allows only licensed REALTORS that are registered with the service to gain access to your property. $100 rental fee plus $100 refundable deposit.
$85 - Appointment Scheduling and Feedback - The scheduling service is designed to reduce the time needed by REALTORS and Home Owners to schedule showing appointments
$25 - Our Standard Yardsign is made of corrugated plastic and comes with a metal H-stake. One sign is included with the MLS Basic and Classic packages. Additional signs area available for purchase
