1% listing fee
The 1% listing fee includes everything a full service broker would do. We would walk through your home, make recommendations on what to do to spruce it up before putting up for sale, we would run comparable sales in the area and get you an idea of what we think it should list for. We will also do open houses, put your home on all major real estate websites including Zillow, Redfin and Realtor (TM). We will handle all the disclosures for you. We will also coordinate the staging, photography, drone footage as well. Once we get an offer we will go through them together and fully explain the pros and cons of each offer so you can make the best decision on which offer to choose. If you need to stay a little longer after selling, we can also arrange a rent back period to stay up to 60 days after closing too!
