New Home Buyer Rebate

Resale Home Buyer Rebate
1.2%Agent fee: 1.8%

Provide a commission rebate of up to 40% of the commission paid (equal to 1.2% out of 3% commission)

If the purchase is less than $200,000, we will still give a commission rebate, but it will have to be a smaller amount.

If there are 25 home showings or more, we will have to reduce the commission rebate amount.

Seller Listing Fee

The 1% Listing Fee applies to properties that sell for $300,000 or greater. Full service.

Service included:

  • Meeting with you in person to evaluate your property
  • Providing comps to list your property for the best price, based on market conditions
  • 25 Professional Photos
  • All contracts and disclosures to be provided, completed and explained to you, as we move through a sale
  • Brenda and Joe think "out-of-the box" and find creative solutions to make win-win situations for the sale of your home to meet your needs as a seller and buyer needs also.
  • Your property will be listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and other websites in addition
  • Your home will be actively marketed online
  • We provide estimated closing costs and estimated proceed sheets so you know what to anticipate
  • 24/7 availability. We are available to assist you and answer your questions every day of the week and every day of the year. We pick up our phones, text and email at all hours of the day and night. Joe and Brenda work as a team and you directly interact with only them and no other "staff".
  • Electronic lock box. We place an electronic lock box on your home for access. This shows us every agent that shows your home and when they arrive and depart.
  • We provide listing reports, so you can see the amount of online traffic and the number of views
  • Only pay for services at the time of sale/closing. Title companies work with sellers, lenders and all other parties to disperse payments and track them to ensure payment receipt.
