When purchasing an existing home you must purchase a property for at least $100,000 and we must get at least 2.5% of the purchase price as commission. If these are met you will receive a buyer rebate equal to 1% of the purchase price.

This service includes: Pricing Guidance Marketing Scheduling Offer Negotiation Transaction Coordination The cost of our Savvy Seller Program is $995 plus a commission of 2-3% for the buyer’s agent all taken out at closing. Professional Photography is recommended at an additional charge, but you are also welcome to take your own photographs. Signs and coded lockboxes are available at no additional cost, but they must be picked up at our office. Services are done virtually through email and phone, but all handled by local Jacksonville Agents, Jeff & Smruthi Boyer.
