Rebates & Fees

New Home Buyer Rebate
2.5%Agent fee: 0.5%

A rebate of 2.5% is offered on a new home, as long as the Builder offers a 3% commission to the Broker. If the commission being offered is less, then we adjust the rebate accordingly.

Resale Home Buyer Rebate
2%Agent fee: 1.%

We offer 2%, as long as the seller is offering a 3% commission. There are a lot of steps to buying a house and it is our job to make this as simple as possible.

Seller Listing Fee
1% or Flat Fee

For Flat Fee ($2050)

We will list your house on the Realtors Multiple Listing Service for a flat fee of $550.00 which is paid up front (at time of listing). Plus $1500.00 when your house closes and funds (comes out of proceeds). Included with the fee is: MLS listing, market analysis, lockbox and a realtor sign, contract negotiations, inspection negotiations, internet exposure, plus much more.

For 1%

We will list your house on the Multiple Listing Service for 1% commission paid to us (the listing agent), when your house sells. The same services are provided for the 1% as the flat fee. The only difference is that this fee is paid at closing.
