Resale Home Buyer Rebate

Up to 1.5%Agent fee: up to 1.5%

1%: Homes priced up to $300k

1.5%: For any homes over $300k

No rebates will be offered on homes priced under $200,000.

Any bonuses paid to the Broker from the seller are not a part of the rebate to the buyer.

Rebates are based on the sale price of the home purchased by the buyer.
