In order to qualify for the full rebate the home you buy should be priced at $300,000 or greater.
If the property you purchase is priced at less than $300,000, then I can still offer a rebate, but it would be less than 1% of the purchase price, on a sliding scale

- Preparation Stage
At this stage, we'll meet you and make price recommendation for your home, using analyses of the latest comparable sales data. We will also give you insights on how to prepare your home for showings. In addition, we'll arrange for your home to be professionally photographed.
- Active Marketing Stage
We'll create an MLS listing that puts your best foot forward. The property will appear on hundreds of local and national web sites. Our showing service will schedule agents' and their buyer clients’ home viewings. We'll obtain feedback from buyer showings, and recommend adjustments if needed.
- Contract-to-Closing
Terra Vista Realty will assist you in reviewing offers that are placed on the home. We’ll provide insights on the various offer terms, and negotiate per your instructions. Finally, after the property goes under contract, we will act as your advocate during the inspection process and other steps necessary to bring the home to closing.
