Receive a rebate at closing for 25% of the commissions collected by the realtor (equal to 0.75% out of 3% commission)

Flat Fee - $1,599 ($599 down)
After we receive your listing fee of $599, a signed listing agreement and pictures of your property, we will enter your listing into the Multiple Listing Service which syndicates to thousands of major real estate websites such as Zillow®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, Movoto®, Homes.com® and most Las Veags area real estate sites.
We will provide a yard sign and lock box at no additional cost. When an offer arrives, we will assist you every step of the way, the only requirement is that you are able to sign electronically which is as easy as a click of the mouse!
We will draft any counter offers and contract addenda as needed. Assist you in ordering documents such as resale packages and place the title order to open escrow, coordinate signing and see you all the way to closing.
There is a one time closing fee of $1,000. It's that simple!
