Up to 1.5% rebate

List In MLS Realty keeps one half of the commission with a $3,000 minimum and refunds the rest to you.

We encourge our rebate buyers to drive by properties before scheduling showing appointments and to visit open houses in the communities they are interested in. When you have narrowed it down and have a few properties you'd like to view, simply send us the addresses and we'll schedule the showings. We usually try and limit it to a maximum of 6 properties per day.

Other than that, service is similar to traditional realtor

Seller Listing Fee
$250 - $495

All of our flat fee listings include the following:

  • Complete listing in Realtor MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for one year.
  • Property featured on the top real estate websites including Realtor.com, zillow.com, trulia.com and many more.
  • Unlimited photos in the MLS and on affiliated websites.
  • Color "For Sale" flyer and copy of your listing.
  • Buyer Pre-Qualifications and Pre-Approvals.
  • All necessary contracts and disclosure documents to list and sell your home.
  • Your property featured on all Broker Reciprocity member sites including Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and all other member sites.
  • Friendly customer support via e-mail or phone at (239) 936-LIST (5478).
  • Lockbox and yardsign available for additional fee.

OR Have us handle the listing details for you. For an additional $200 we will:

  • Visit your property and gather all the necessary information needed to list your property for sale in the Realtor MLS.
  • Take digital photos for use in the MLS and on the internet sites.
  • Provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis showing recent sales of comparable properties in your area.
  • Provide you with hard copies of all forms, contracts and disclosures you will need.
  • Write the marketing remarks for your property.
